Heather White has her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Dance. Heather is a certified member of Florida Dance Masters and is currently FDM's President. This is her fifth year as Jazz faculty for the American Academy of Ballet at SUNY Purchase College. Heather has guest taught at the University of South Florida, Florida Dance Masters Conventions as well as several studios in the United States. She has performed with Ann Reinking, The Florida Orchestra, Dance Theatre of Florida and Central Florida's Dance Celebration. Heather has attended: The Harvard Dance Program, The White Mountain Dance Program, Dance Master's of America Teacher's Training School, Royal Academy of Dance Summer Teacher's Training Course, Florida Dance Masters Intensive Training Seminars, and The World Jazz Congress. In 1999, she was nominated for the Fine Arts Alumni Award at USF.



Suzanne L. Gray

Miss Suzi, began her dance training at age eight in Detroit under Marjorie Hassard, a first generation Cecchetti teacher and examiner.  She began her semi-professional status during middle school dancing William Dollar’s “Concerto in G” which was filmed and is in the Dance Collection at Lincoln Center Library.  She also taught ballet during her high school years.  She attended Indiana University and received her B.S. degree in ballet and music and was a soloist in many of the I.U. productions.  She married and returned to Detroit to teach and was the national registrar for the Cecchetti Council of America for eleven years and was appointed examiner in 1972.  She was the recipient of the Pat Hardy Scholarship given by the English branch of the Cecchetti Society to attend their summer school in England in 1989.  She became the assistant director and ballet mistress for the Harbinger Dance Company, Michigan’s only professional company and a national NEA touring company for five years before her move to South Florida in 1982.  She built and opened her Dance Arts School of Boca Raton in 1984.  She and her husband Jack moved to Inverness in August of 2003 and she feels blessed to have found School of Dance Arts.


Adrienne Crowley

Adrienne was born and raised in Citrus County.  She started dancing at four years old.  She is a graduate of Saint Leo University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education and has taught at Homosassa Elementary School for six years.  Adrienne began dancing with Heather at the age of 15 as a student, then as a Teacher's Assistant and finally as a teacher.  She too is a member of Florida Dance Masters and is married with one son.
