At School of Dance Arts, our mission is to provide a high-quality dance eduction that instills a lifelong love of dance by nurturing both the artistry and discipline of every student. We foster a safe, child-centered environment where students are encouraged to explore movement, build confidence, and express themselves through dance. Through a balanced focus on technique and self-expression, we empower dancers of all ages to grow as artists, performers, and individuals.

We are so excited to welcome back Miss Shannon (SDA Alumni) as the host of our 2026 Princess Retreat!
Shannon Rossi is an educator, school leader, with a passion for dance. She is a Cecchetti Certified Ballet Instructor with more than 20 years of dance experience in ballet, tap, jazz, modern, acrobatics, and even Zumba. She is also CPR and First Aid certified, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for her students. Shannon earned a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from Florida State University and a master’s degree in educational leadership from the University of West Florida. Throughout her educational career, she has taught kindergarten and third grade and currently serves as an Assistant Principal with Citrus County Schools. In 2024, Shannon was recognized as one of Citrus County’s 40 Under 40 for her leadership and contributions to the community. She is passionate about inspiring and empowering young people through both education and the arts. |
